Product Review & Giveaway :: Country Blossom

Notice: This giveaway has ended

Hello Girls! I hope that you are having a blessed day today as you serve our King! Today I've got a sweet-smelling product review and giveaway sponsored by the lovely Country Blossom Etsy shop!

About the Shop ::
Country Blossom is a sweet little Etsy shop that sells lovely lip balms, soy candles, perfume oils and lotions! The owner is Megan and she was so kind to go out of her way to not only sponsor a giveaway but also a product review for which I am very thankful! Here are some of the amazing sweet-smelling things she sells!

The Product Review ::
Megan was so very sweet to let me review three of her lovely fall lip balms-pumpkin cheescake, apple pie and candy corn! :D I was so excited to get these and when they arrived in the mail it was a nice chilly day. My lips had started to dry out a bit so I was very excited to try her lip balms! Once I opened the package I instantly felt a rush of fall flavors!

I was very pleased to find that the lip balms texture was too hard and wasn't too soft-just right for your lips! Whenever I use one of the lip balms it brings a nice refreshing scent to mind! When I smell the pumpkin cheesecake it remings me of thanksgiving's yummy pumpkin pie and when I smell the apple pie favor it brings to mind days of cooking pie in grandmas kitchen on a fall day. And don't forget the candy corn! They were all WONDERFUL! But my favorite one if pumpkin cheesecake, then apple pie and candy corn...but they were all very good! I would reccomend them to anyone during this season! Overall I had great, friendly service and was very pleased with the lip balms!

The Giveaway ::
Megan is so generously giving away the same lips balm that I was able to review! The winner will receive one pumpkin cheesecake scented lip balm, one candy corn scented lip balm and one apple pie scented lip balm! It's perfect for this autumn season!

Sweet Pea Totes Winner & Product Review

Greetings! Today the Sweet Pea Totes giveaway ended and not only do I have a winner but also a product review for you from this wonderful shop! I was going to do the product review with the giveaway post, however I did not receive the wristlet in time to add it to the giveaway post, so I'm posting it here. :D Here we go...

The Winner ::
I'm sure you are all very excited to see if you won this giveaway! ;D So after a prayer and random drawing, our winner of the wristlet is...

MISS ALLI!!!
She won with her 21st comment for sharing her favorite wristlet from Sweet Pea Totes!

Congratulations Miss Alli! I've already contacted Mary with your info {since you won a past giveaway I had on Royal Daughters of the King, I've already got your mailing address} so you should get the wristlet soon!

The Product Review ::
{To learn about Sweet Pea Totes etsy shop visit the giveaway post HERE}When I first contacted Mary about doing a giveaway she was so sweet to agree to sponsor one. However after I posted the giveaway she emailed me and told me that as her gift to me, I could pick a wristlet from her shop as a thank you gift for sponsoring a giveaway for her. I was so surprised and thankful for her kindness! She didn't say anything about my doing a product review for her, but I told her that I couldn't let her kindness go without being noticed and her shop go without being promoted as I think it should. So I've decided to do a product review. :D

Mary was so sweet to let me pick a wristlet from her shop and I asked her if I could have one like the one she has given away. She said yes and mailed it very quickly thereafter! I got it along with a sweet note a few short days later.

As far as quality goes it was very high-quality! I couldn't even tell it wasn't made in a factory and that it was handmade and it really looked professionally done! I love the adorable print as well as the polka dots on the inside lining and think they go perfectly together! The bag is just the right size and I've used it so much! It's big enough to hold "the necessities" :D but also small enough to not feel like you are carrying around a bunch of stuff. The strap was very securely sewed and it had a handy little clip so you can take the strap off and use it as a clutch if you ever wanted!

Mary was overall very friendly and went out of her way to bless me with this bag so if you purchase something from her shop I can guarantee that you will get great service! I highly recommend that you all go visit her shop, Sweet Pea Totes HERE! Thank you so much Mary for being so sweet to giveaway one of these adorable wristlets as well as let me review one!
Note: I received this product for free and all thoughts are my own. I simply contacted this shop owner and asked if she would be interested in allowing me to giveaway a wristlet and then she  offered to let me review one as well! I was not paid to do this review and highly recommend this Etsy shop to you!

Pink and Black Beaded Chandelier Earrings
Pink & Black Chandelier Earrings
One thing I really liked about this shop is that Chrissy mailed the earrings out very quickly and I got them in the mail 3 days later! They were very securely mailed with bubble wrap so they wouldn't break so I appreciate that!

The are so pretty yet aren't very heavy and are quite elegant in my opinion! :D Overall I got great, fast service and Chrissy was a blessing to work with and I'm so thankful she allowed me to review these lovely earrings! They seem very secure and I've worn them every day since I've gotten them! I highly recommend that you go check out Perfect Beaded Jewelry HERE and possibly purchase something for a friend or for yourself!

{Thanks to my sweet sister Ashley for posing in this lovely photo!}
A very special thanks to Chrissy for allowing me to review this beautiful pair of earrings!
Blessings,
Note: I received this product for free and all thoughts are my own. I simply contacted this shop owner and asked if she would be interested in allowing me to review one of her items. I was not paid to do this review.

Interview, Product Review & Giveaway :: Little Goat Natural Soaps

*NOTICE: THIS GIVEAWAY HAS ENDED*
Greetings! I hope that today is full of many smiles for you as well as lots of fun in this lovely autumn weather! Today I've got and interview, product review and giveaway for you all from Little Goat Natural Soaps Etsy shop! For those of you who love natural things without all the harmful things added then this is the giveaway for you!

About The Shop ::
Little Goat Natural Soaps is a wonderful Etsy shop that specializes in natural goat milk soaps! The sweet owner is Mrs. Karly Casey and she has lots of neat soaps available! Currently she has some neat autumn flavors that I'm sure are wonderful! Here are a few of the soaps she sells!

The Interview ::
GB:: Hello! Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your Etsy shop Little Goat Natural Soaps?

KARLY:: Hi! I'm Karly! I live in *very* rural NY state with my dear music professor husband and our darling 2 yr. old son. I am a stay-at-home-mom and make soap in my kitchen while the little guy is napping. ;-) This business began as an effort to make safe soap for my baby. His skin was reacting to name brand baby soaps & lotions and I wanted to know why... the answers were NOT pretty! The number of toxic ingredients in BABY products is absolutely shocking. (Not to mention the ingredients in products for adults!) Most of the ingredients that go into health & beauty products in the USA are unregulated by our FDA. Not good. That means things that cause cancer, disrupt hormones and harm unborn babies are going into most everything we smear onto our skin. It only takes 26 seconds for something toxic applied to the skin to be absorbed into the bloodstream and be detectable in internal organs...

GB:: When did you start your Etsy shop and why?

KARLY:: I started my Etsy shop last December after being encouraged by a lot of customers to start selling online!

GB:: Do you have a best-selling soap?
KARLY:: Well, my best selling soap has got to be the Perfect Pumpkin! Followed by anything citrus.

GB:: Which soap is your favorite among those that you sell?
KARLY:: Do I have to pick just one?? No... how about the top 3? Perfect Pumpkin, Guava & Fig and the Lemon Lavender Luffa bars!

GB:: Do you have any fond memories of your soap making experiences?

KARLY:: I just LOVE making my soap! I guess all of my memories of actually making my soap are fond ones. :) The most memorable moments are when people try my soap and then come back to me to tell me how much they love it! That's the best!

GB:: What is your favorite thing about making and selling natural soaps?
KARLY:: My favorite part of what I do? Sharing what I have learned with everyone else and making a product that is safe for people of all ages!

GB:: How long have you been making your own soap?
KARLY:: I dabbled in soap making about 10 years ago. The materials I used then were surely not safe! But I, like most people, didn't know any better. I stopped for a long while and picked it up again, with new-found knowledge, about a year and a half ago. This time it took off like a rocket!

GB:: Do you have anything you would like to say in closing?
KARLY:: Well, in closing... Thank you, Bethany, for inviting me! This has been fun! I hope the word gets out about how awful most of the ingredients are in products that we thought were safe! Especially products for children! (Please visit Healthy Child for more information.) Thank you all for supporting safe beauty products. :)

GB:: Thank you so much, Karly for allowing me to interview you and for sponsoring our giveaway as well as allowing me to review some of your soaps! God bless you and your lovely Etsy shop!

The Product Review ::
Karly was so sweet to let me review some of her soaps! She sent me a sample of the perfect pumpkin {One sniff and I knew why it was the best-seller!} the guava and fig, orange sunrise and the jack frost!

Clock-wise: perfect pumpkin, guava and fig, jack frost and orange sunrise

Perfect Pumpkin soap
My order of favorite to least favorite as far as the scents goes are: perfect pumpkin, orange sunrise, jack frost and guava and fig, although they were all great smelling! They did lather nicely being that they don't have any harmful things and they always left me refreshed and clean smelling. There is no doubt that the prefect pumpkin is my favorite! It didn't take long to determine it! The smell is a  wonderful mix of pumpkin pie, cream and spices. The winner of this giveaway is sure to enjoy this prize and even if you aren't a big soap person, you will be once you smell this soap! :D A special thanks to Karly for allowing me to review the soaps!

The Giveaway ::
Karly was so sweet to allow me to give away one bar/slice of her perfect pumpkin soap {Her best-seller! :D}! This is a natural bar of soap without all the harmful chemicals in it and I'm sure that the winner will be blessed by it and enjoy it!
